Luncheon and the end of 2009 4th Unit Rangers.

hmm.... I guess I had been abandoning my blog(this lil bloggie) for a week. Sorry..... I am VERY busy. Busy with luncheon stuffs and also sad because........( if you know please diam-diam k? you know i know can d). Pictures about 9 Emperor God part 4 will be updates some other time. lazy to take the camp and upload it cause I am going to online for just an hour. If I upload, need to wait very damn hell long cause the file is BIG. So back lets talk about luncheon. Since I am the president for the guides association of my school, I am incharge about the annual luncheon - planning, buying stuffs, confirming attendance, researching and many more. Had actually planned this since last few weeks but because of the holidays(Hari Raya and Deepavali) it postponed. Then the 9 Emperor God festival comes. Since most of my members are Chinese and they were on vegetarian diet, so bye2 luncheon again. At last decided to held it on 29th October 2009 which is a Thursay.

The planning really starts on this week as last few weeks I always ponteng school. hahax. Ok. First step of everything ahead is PLANNING.


Planning

Annual luncheon was not held for everyone for the past few years if I am not mistaken. As I am incharge this year, I wanted to do the best for every of my members so that they can remember 4th Unit Rangers FOREVER!!! The initial planning was to held a buffet lunch but after some surveying, DAMN!!!! very expensive nerh. I called up the catering lady and ask for the price. She said must at least 100 person and its RM15/head at least. I was like WTF!!! Then cancel buffet. So got NO choice. Have to take McD although I don't actually prefer to it cause almost every club/uniform bodies in my school is taking fast food expecially McD but at last take McD. Then teacher told me to give a souvenier to EVERY 5th formers members. I was like HAR???!!!!( im afraid not enough budget). The teacher said, "yala. give them something nice." I just said oklo. Crack my head to think about everything. Asked a few opinions but at last I have to use my own idea. lolx. So I plan to do a badge for them. Its a metal badge which we will usually get when we went to a campfire or something. I thought that it will be something memorable right? Then ok. Go ahead with my plan.


During the hard times.

The hard times is during this week, from Monday to yesterday. Why? ok. Let me elaborate. (rubbing hands)....
First, Monday. Went to school to furthur discuss and comfirm everything about the lucheon. Many of the members did not turned up at school and had not settle their debts. Some of the teacher advisors were not there too.

Then, Tuesday. had to decide which McD set to order and how many, how much, and blablabla. So asked a few opinions from a few members which I had randomly choosed. Decision? McValue Lunch Mc Chicken and Fillet-O-Fish. How many sets? 79 sets for Mc Chicken and 10 sets for Fillet-O-Fish. Then again went to make a survey on which design should I use to make the metal badge. Decision? 2nd design. Then went to the souvenier shop at Kampung Benggali. Ordered 70 badges that cost RM2.50 each. Went back and rushed to make a call to McD. I called up Mc Delivery, mana tau after talking for 20 minutes and wasting my RM3.10 that lady told me cannot order through Mc Delivery if want to have Mc Value set. So FINE!!! Rushed my sister to fetch me go McD at Sunway. Before that, kena lecturing from her. She ask me to claim petrol money. hahax. had a small so-called arguement with my sis infront of the event manager. So embarrasing. Settle everything then go Sunway Carnival which is just beside McD to buy souveniers for teachers. Decided to buy a nice pen so just straight head to Popular. Ask my sis to choose and I'll decide. I had choosen the nice(not really) and not expensive one. hahax. I am stingy I know. Choosen d, decide d ma buy lo. Pay money then go back. Texted Shi Yun ask her take money to school.


Wednesday, which was yesterday. Some of them came and told me that they are vegetarian on that day and some said they not coming so had to cancel their name. Later, went to see teacher and told her that after everything, still left around RM270 like that. She asked me to get something nice for the teachers o something. The main point is SPEND THE MONEY. Then went back straight away called up the McD and told them about the changes(time, amount and upgrade from M to L). Settle! Craking my head till really burts open d and at last ask my younger sis to help me think what to do with those money. She suggested to go and have a walk behind my house. So we went and saw a new bookstore near my house. Went in and saw some ideas that is file for my dearest AJKs whom had helped me alot this year. Then continue walking till reach florist. Went it and decided to buy flowers for teachers. Well, you know teachers..... I mean women... hahax. Flowers will be something good. lolx. It shows our love to the teachers. Ask that person to wrap it and got one special one(more expensive and with small flowers) for Pn Hindon.

Went back home and have a short nap. Woke up at 7 something than go take the flowers. DARN!!! RAINING!!! What to do??? haix. Nvmla. Just walk and take nie la. So I walked in the rain just to go and take the flowers and buy the files. Walk, walk, walk, reached the bookstore but CLOSED!!! WTH!!!! Don't care. Walk till florist take flower and walk back again. Once home sweet home, called up one of my godsis ask for her help to fetch me to some other bookstore nearby to buy the file. She was in BM that time but she is willing to help me out. So she rushed back and fetched me to Womlys. She was late and she asked me to follow her but I said I cannot cause I really have loads of things to do. Sorry yea jie. Sampai rumah, check everything, set! go to bed. Damn tired. By the way, the flowers was lovely.



The day!!!

Went to school like normal but asked my sis to fetch because I have loads of things to carry and cannot take bus. At around 12 something, went down and followed Ms Nalini to McD to pick up our FOOD!!!! Get to skip Physic lesson(YEAH!!!!)..... Reached McD and told that person her name is Joanne(whoever was that) that I am there to pick up my order. That person told me that they haven't prepare yet!!! I looked at her.


Me: Har?
The lady: Sorry. We had made a mistake. We thought that its tomorrow.
Me: No! Its today.
Teacher: Tomorrow also have but its different one.
The lady then went and check and confirmed that we did order it today. So its not our mistake lo. Its theirs.
The lady: Please have a seat and while we prepare for you.

FINE!!! Seat and wait till teacher beh tong d and go ask for drink. The lady gave us free drink. Well, they should(in my opinion). Waited again for another half and hour and both of us beh tong d. Straight go to counter and ask them to move faster as we are LATE as in like VERY LATE. Stand for another 30minutes at the counter just to observe. Finally, made the payment and chao. Teacher have to speed up but she was so scared that anything will happen to her new car. lolx. On the way, Shi Yun called teacher and asked where were we? Teacher just just said want to reach d. Once reached the school compound, saw a few of my AJKs and friends were waiting for our arrival. hehex... They were so kind to help to carry 8/9 boxes without me asking for help. Thanks fwenz..^^.... Everything was so hectic that time. I went to the canteen, put down those boxes than straight away take the things for the teachers. Teachers is to be served first right? I asked for Sui Nee's help(my lovely dedicated sec) to distribute the souveniers and the food to the teacher advisors while I distribute to the Head Teacher Advisor and also Pn Hindon(our pk koku). Shi Yun(my responsible and hardworking tressurer) is incharge in distributing the food to the members and other Ajks help her out. Too bad, I am busy till forgotten to take any pictures. haix. Too bad... First time see my Ajk work together but forgot to snap any photo.





The End


After settle with the students, now the Ajk's turn. Gave them the food and some went back earlier so did not took the Ajk souvenier back. Shall give them tomorrow. At LAST! I can have a rest. Rest for 5 minutes Shu-Lyn said, "kia". Wake up again and go to someone's dad's funeral. Anyway, its a SUCCESS!!! I mean the lucheon. At first me and Ms Nalini was so afraid that they will went back because we were late but luckly my members and Ajks were good. AARRRGGGHHH!!!! Huge relief to me. Most of the teachers praised that the souvenier was nice and lovely. hehex.... Happy that they like it.

To all my dedicated Ajks, thanks for your help throughout the year. Really appreciate it. Hope we can work together again in the future. I know I had not been a good Unit Leader but with all of the help from you people, its been a successfull year.


To all my members of 2009 4th Unit Rangers of SMKCBW, thanks to those attended the luncheon and thanks for the support. Please forgive us, the Ajks, if you we did made something bad or make you unhappy throughout the year.


To all the future AJKs, do your best and let it be the most memorable year for your members. Don't take it easily. Let 4th Unit Rangers to get its flame back!!! All the best to all of you. If you need any help, do not be hesitate to call/ text me k? PLEASE..... Try your best to organise activity for your members. Don't be afraid of the loads of work. As the commitee expecially the leader, we must do our best to organise good and fun activity for our members. I hope that next year, you all will organise the 2nd 4th Unit Rangers Training Camp and more people will pass their test in guiding. I had kick started it(although it does not went very well) so please try your best to organise. Don't be lazy!!! Next year, count on all of you.

9 Emperor God Festival part3

Aloha. I'm back with more about 9 Emperor God festival here in Butteroworth. Firstly, to all readers that wanted to know more about the temple here, you can visit to www.towbookong.org.my to view more about the temple. As for today, I has just came back from fire crossing ceremony at the new temple and the autioning of the items which were used during Ew Ke at the old temple. There were items such as bicycle and 9 Emperor bags. Back to the new temple(Tow Boo Kong, fire crossing ceremony were much meerier compare to at the old temple(Guan Ying Ting Dou Moo Gong). I had noticed something miricle during the fir crossing ceremonies here in this two temples. There were dots showing ni these photos. At first, I thought it might be dust but after a few more observation, it appears to be NOT just normal dust. The first this is, it is coloured. Second, it has more and more expecially when you get nearer to the ceremony place. Third, it cannot be seen by naked eye. Fourth, Not every picture consist of the 'dots'. hahax. Anyone can tell me whats those? hmm..... Lets think together. While thinking, pictures time.....

For those who wants to catch up with the events, tomorrow at the new temple will be the Fort Crossing Ceremony while at the old temple will be the selection of the new urn trustee(Lor Chu) ceremony. I had noticed that many photographers as well as reporters are here this year. I had met one of my seniors in Taekwondo. He came as a photographer. Well, I forgotten to took a picture with him. Thats errmm... kinda sad. Anyways, to all devotees out there, two more days to go. If you had promised anything, do it FAST!!!! Its very BAD to break you promise.... 9 Emperor God Festival part 2

Im back!!! Before anything furthur, I want to wish everyone "GOod Morning." Well, its 9.30 A.M now. lolx. I escape from school today with the reason, my addmaths tuition sir is coming. hehex. ok. Back to topic. The previous post I had uploaded some pictures about the 9 Emperor God festival here in Butterworth that I had joined. Besides taking photos, I had also taken some videos. Before watching the video, I would like to suggest that this video is only suitable for those >12 because there are some parts which I think might not be suitable for those <12.>

The piercing causes no bleeding and pain. Furthurmore, the next morning, it will heal by itself and will only leave a scar on it. Its miricle. No one can explain why this fenomenon happens in science but according to the devotees believe, the soul of the devote has left the his body and the deity entres the devote's body.

9 Emperor God Festival part 1

Ok. First thing I want to say is SORRY for abandoning my blog for this few days. I am actually busy with prayers. As most of the Chinese know, now is the time for us to be dovoted to the God by be a vegetarian for 10 days. Some would prefer 3 days or 7 days but as for me, I choose 10 days. The real days is only 9 days but we have to eat a day earlier to 'clean' ourselves. This few days, I had being in and out of the temple for ceremonies and blablabla. Ohya, I am the only vegetarian in my house since two years back. Its a bit troublesome but its ok. I don't mind. Well, I am sincere to this. hehex... Ok. Back to last week, I went to Dharsh Dwali open house. Something that I don't expected occured and I am very happy with it. Thanks for the invite Dharsh.

hehex... This is not my first time see this but this is my first snap it and posting it in somewhere public. Its a great experience though. This year I plan to walk across the fire ceremony but I don't think so that I will due to some reasons(shall not tell it here). hurm... Shall be uploading more pictures soon.

By the way, just for hte info of other readers, there were two temples relating to this event here in Butterworth,the old and new one(thats what we, locals call). The new one is the big and nice temple while the old temple is normal one but with more religious activity going on. I went to both temples and found it great. WEll, if you are a religious one, you might want to visit the old temple and see the ceremonies but if you are just a tourist, you may want to see the new temple. Both the temples are located about 3oo-400 metres away only. You can actually visit BOTH if you favour to do so. As this event is an annual activity, you can visit once a year, nine days each on the 1st of the ninth month-9th of the ninth month according to the Chinese calender which is usualy one months later than our usual calender. It is an event not to be miss by both local and tourist. Enjoy^^

Ouch!!!!

Lately I had been crasy over something on Facebook. On one of the post, Andy commented something and its really ouch. I'm not sure wether is it true but I guess that person will say the same. Now only I know that person's feeling of being with someone you don't love but that person loves you so much and you don't know and don't have the guts to tell that person. It's like, when you want to tell but you are so afraid that that person will get hurt so much. I want to concentrate on my SPM now and no get involve in any love life. Maybe I had not yet moved on. Its not easy to move on when we want to. It just come by itself. I think time should solve most of the thing. I seemed happy with everything around but in fact I'm not. I don't know how to say but it's just like that. When we love someone, we want to be with that person and make him/her happy, ease him/her life, lift him/her burden and so on. Some people said, true love means to let that person happy no matter what it takes for us to do it but to me, its not exactly true. You know, sometimes, love is just ain't so true. If something that will make that person happy but it may hurt or harm that person's safety, we wouldn't want him/her to do/ get that right? So, here is my theory. If it's something right after observation and judgement than do it! or else DON"T!!!!. Do not play with fire.

When this person(lets name her A) told me that A don't want to be with me anymore, my heart crushed. I had given up something important to be with A and suddenly, A told me that we can't be together anymore. I was like, WHAT THE HELL!!!! F**K!!!! WHY???? Then, I kept on bugging A for months till one day A told me that A love someone else(B). DAMN!!!! That must be so not true!!!(that was what I had told myself). Almost each day when we texted, A told me how much A love B and blablabla. My heart hurts so damn much but at the same time, I felt happy because A is so happy with the presence of B. From the previous experience(before A), I had learn that we should not be selfish in love. Sometimes, I think, maybe A is just testing me or something but after awhile, I know its not. Ok. Back to what Andy commented on one of my post in Facebook. Andy told me that A ask me to move on and get a new life. I was like, ouch! That hurts. What she meant by that? hurmm.... I can't really move on now. I guess I will be stucked her for a little while. Today, I chatted with someone(C). This is the person A loved so much. I had never chatted with C but today C suddenly started to chat with me on Facebook. Darn... I was shocked. Then, after some chat, I get to know that C loves A so much too.... I guess they both are gonna be together maybe soon or after SPM. A ask me to buy something and I know, its because of C. I was angry but its ok. A ask me to do, I'll just do it. Its for A anyway. As long as A is happy with what A is doing, its fine for me. I'll be happy as long as A is happy. If anything goes wrong with A, I will surely help her no matter what it takes. Some people may think that I am stupid or what so ever but it ok. That is what you think. I am still and will forever love A. A! What you said or did that hurts me will be forgiven it less than a blink of eye but my love to you will never less. I hope you made the right choice. All the best, good luck and LOVE YOU!

To ...... I am really sorry. I don't think I can accept you as I think it will not be fair if I'm with you but my heart and soul is not with you. I do love you but I realised that that is friends/sisters love. I don't want to lie to you and make you feel guilty or anything. Its not fair for us to be together as you love me so much but I don't. Please, give me some time to get myself out of the past mess that haven't solved. I am still strangled in this mess that makes me suffer each time I thought about it. Every moment I had now, I would like to dedicate to my dear SPM but at the same time care for A. After that I want to work, concentrate on guiding and taekwondo. I had really missed a lot in guiding and taekwondo. To be honest, the main purpose I want to work is because I want to get money for A's birthday present and because her present that I had planned is not cheap(it cost upto RM1000) so I have to work to get it. Besides, I want to get something for F too and of course something like an iPhone to induldge myself and also to keep for savings. I am sorry but you are not yet in my heart. Hope you can understand and accept this well......

REVEAL NOW!!!

Hahax. My previous post was about my lovely godsis birthday right? She has texted me to thank me about it and I know that she had already open and know what's inside rigth? Except that she is so damn busy till no time to open it. hehex. okok. Last post I had said that I will upload photos about it so, here now, I will reveal what I gave her. One WARNING to all readers, this idea is MINE!!! You know what I mean? I use ONE month to think and weeks to prepare so PLEASE do NOT steal my idea. At least not the same k? Ok. The first thing is of course the traditional method, a card. It was not in the plan earlier on but I think a card would make it more meaningfull so I just get a simple card and wrote something on it.

Last but not least, a small portable pen and badge. The other day when I went to survey on present I found this pen in Popular. I somehow think that it is cute and portable. Since jie like pink so I bought the pink one. Why do I said that its portable? Well, it is a small pen by it appearance but to ue it, you have to tiwst it and it will become longer as in like longer until almost like normal pen so jie can bring it to anywhere and use it at normal grip. I had also carved the intial F on it. That means that the pen is only for Foong. The badge attached to it is friendship badge in guiding where we will buy and give as a friendship gift to our really close friends. Friends in guiding on the other word is sisters. It is also known as sisters badge. Jie used to be in guiding so, it can be a memorable gift.

I had pick to post it instead of waiting for us to meet as it is NOT easy for us to meet. Both of us were really busy this year. Me with my studies and jie with her activities.. hehex. She texted me just now morning. She said that she was really shocked and never thought that was me. hahax. Am I that kind of person that will not do this things? ok. To some people, posting miy be rude, unsincere and so on but I wanted to give her a surprise and I did. She said she was really surprise with it. Thus, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. hahax. My mood is good today because of that. lol. Btw, today is ermm....13th of October that is 2 days after her birthday. Imagine how busy she was for the past two days but it's ok. I don't mind as she have her own life and I have my own life and I understands that she is very busy with her now. hehex. <3<3<3>

Happy Birthday Swee Foong Jie

Hie everyone. Its 12.00 am on 11th of October 2009. Today is a day I shall never forget. It is one of the most important date for me to remember. Know what? Today is my dearest godsis birthday. Her name is Swee Foong.







Well, here's something briefly about her. she is my errmm..... 5th godsis. lolx. Both of us became godsis on the last day of my PMR that is on 6th of October 2007. Knew her through guiding as she was my company leader when I was f1 and my unit leader when I was f3. Although we don't really have time but I think our relationship has not been affected by that. I still like and love her like last time. hehex. Admire her so much. lolx. Ok... This year is her errrm....19th birthday and the third time I celebrating for her. Not really celebrate la. Just gave her present so shall said that this is the 3rd time I gave her present. I hope she receive it instead of getting red card and go post office to collect it. hahax. But I think that no one is at home(her house) when the delivery man came so I guess she got red card. You know red card? The card that the postman/delivery man will issue if you have any registered things deliverd to you but you are not at home that time thasat ask you to go and collect it yourself. hehex.
